Our order processing time is 7-10 business days. Be aware that this does not include shipment time, based on the method you have chosen. We are not responsible for any delay associated with the Post Office or UPS.
We will provide tracking information once the order has shipped. If your order is in the UPDATE status – this means that there is a preorder involved and that item(s) have not yet arrived. As soon as preorders come in they ship right away. If your order is in the PROCESSING status – this means we are currently working on it to get it shipped as soon as possible.
International shipments — If you request first class international mail, we are not responsible for any delays due to this method. Sometimes the packages are held up in customs, there is nothing we can do about this. No tracking information is available when using this method. We only have a copy of a customs form.
Backorders – With the large variety of products we carry and sell we are unable to guarantee, at the time of your order, that an item is readily in stock. If we cannot fulfill your order in the 7-10 business days we will notify you of the backorder or delay and you can advise us on how to proceed with the outstanding item(s).
